Dawn is the Director of Talent Acquisition and Management and the acting Head of Human Resources. She joined Precision in 2018 to lead the Talent Acquisition function. Dawn has over 17 years of talent acquisition experience, 15 of them in the biopharma industry, and has held additional roles at Ipas, IBM, and Biogen. She earned her Bachelor of Science in biotechnology from the Rochester Institute of Technology and her Professional in Human Resources certification. When she is not working, Dawn enjoys designing and making jewelry, and spending time with her husband and two cats.
