Vladimir Senyukov, PhD

Director, BioAnalytical Development

Vladimir is a part of the Cell Therapy team at Precision Biosciences, where he focuses on the process development, analytics, and manufacturing of allogeneic CAR-T cell products. He comes to Precision from the Novartis Cell and Gene Therapy program, where he served as Senior Fellow (Associate Director) for TR&D leading Cell Characterization group. The group was directly involved in an analysis of all CTL019 starting material and final product samples for pediatric ALL and DLBCL clinical trials. The result of these efforts has become a Product Characterization chapter for filing of BLA for the CTL019 CART-cell product, now known as KYMRIAH. Prior to NVS, Vladimir completed his PostDoc training at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, and San Raffaele Scientific Institute, Milan, Italy, in Tumor Immunology/Immunotherapy. Vladimir earned his M.S from the State University of Tomsk and PhD in Immunology at the Institute of Clinical Immunology in Novosibirsk, both in Russia. When he is not at Precision, Vladimir enjoys spending time with his family hiking or indoor climbing.
